This guide explains how to invite game stores to join your Spicerack organization, establish partnerships, and manage store relationships.

Preparing to Invite Stores
Before sending invitations:
Configure your organization’s store partnership settings
Prepare any onboarding materials or documentation
Define the partnership terms and expectations
Sending Store Invitations
Method 1: Direct Invitation
Navigate to
Stores
in your admin dashboard
Click
Invite Store
Fill in the store information:
Store name
Contact email
Contact person
Store location (optional)
Add a personalized message explaining the benefits
Select the partnership level
Click
Send Invitation
Method 2: Invitation Links
Create shareable invitation links for multiple stores:
Go to
Stores

Invitations
Click
Create Invitation Link
Configure link settings:
Default partnership level
Expiration date
Usage limit
Generate and copy the link
Share through email or other communication channels
Managing Pending Invitations
Track and manage outstanding invitations:

View all pending invitations
For each invitation, you can:
Resend the invitation
Edit invitation details
Cancel the invitation
View invitation status
Store Onboarding Process
When a store accepts your invitation:
The store owner/manager receives an email with a link
They create a Spicerack account or log in to an existing account
They complete the store profile setup:
Store details
Operating hours
Amenities and features
Social media links
The store can then connect to your organization
Approving Store Partnerships
For stores that have accepted invitations:

Pending Approval
Review the store’s information
Choose to:
Approve the partnership
Request additional information
Reject the partnership
Partnership Levels
Spicerack supports different levels of store partnerships:
Premier Partner
: Full integration with all features
Standard Partner
: Event coordination and basic features
Affiliate Partner
: Limited integration, mainly for event listings
Custom Partnerships
: Tailored to specific needs
To set or change a store’s partnership level:
Go to the store’s profile in your admin dashboard
Select
Edit Partnership
Choose the appropriate level
Save changes
Managing Store Users
Control which store staff have access to your organization:
Navigate to the store’s profile
Select the
Users
tab
Manage user permissions:
Add new users
Remove users
Modify access levels
Terminating Store Partnerships
If needed, end a store partnership:
Navigate to the store’s profile

End Partnership
