Creating a leaderboard

Spicerack can build leaderboards and track points with a variety of rules. If your leaderboard contributes to an invitational, we can also set up the rules to give invites however necessary.

Event Integration

  • Choosing which events will apply to your leaderboard

    When creating an event, you can attach the leaderboard rules you want to apply to your event.

Rules and Points

  • Add rules to your leaderboard

    In the “Leaderboards” tab, hit actions → Update rules to add rules for points/qualifications to your leaderboards. If you want to update scores after an event has finished, you can also use actions → Update scores to calculate points immediately.

    Rules will look at the final standings of events that you choose to attach the rules to. Below we have a rule for 1st place getting 10 points and a qualification, and 2nd-8th getting 5 points and no qualification.
